时刻思考哪些事情不去做

In the end, life is short, opportunities are few, and you have only so much energy to draw on. And in this sense time is as important a consideration as any other. Never waste value time, or mental peace of mind, on the affairs of others-that is too high a price to pay.

聊到时间成本，其实很多时候会忽略掉机会成本（opportunities cost），记得很多年前在读《曼昆经济学》的时候开篇就是用了Cobe打篮球和去读大学之间的比较，选择去做某件事，那么不做其他事的成本就是这件事的机会成本。

今天在读另一本书的时候，也阐述了思考决策做事的时候，要想到这件事的cost，背后需要你pay多少才能够做，与你想要的回报是否有一致的关系，或者说是否符合你的价值观。一件事做了有风险又没有回报，为什么要去做呢？
